Traditionally, a brand is thought to evoke, in the customer's mind, a Certain personality, presence, and product or service performance. A brand may be defined as a 'name, sign, symbol or design, or combination of these, intended to identify the products of an organization and distinguish them from those of competitors.
This is also referred to as a logo when used in the product's promotion. The brand mark is the element of the brand identity, consisting of the design or symbol. The brand name refers to the words, such as the name Nike, and the brand mark represented by the swoosh symbol.
Many hotel brands have become household names, such as Hilton and Holiday Inn. The following attributes associated with a successful brand, which are: name, symbol or both are well known; it is unique and cannot be copied by competitors; It is reflective of the consumers self image; it represents the intangibilities of the product; it informs and influences a consumer at the point of consumption; it provides the foundation for all marketing activity.

Brands attract customers by developing a perception of good quality and value (Kotler, 2004). Marketers would be well advised to invest heavily in creating and testing product names.

Branding is a topic of great interest in the global hotel industry. In the USA, over 70 percent of the hotels are branded; in Canada, brand penetration is around 40 percent. Overall in Europe, only about 20-25 per cent of room capacity is branded by an integrated chain.

Trouble Shooting Your Lawn Mower
The majority of gas powered movers last for about 10 years before they call for changing. A friend of mine has been using a second hand Toro for around 7 years now giving him barely minor problems.

Even if you have encountered a problem or not, Rule number one is to empty the fuel tank and replenish it afterwards with clean fuel. Sealed tanks when not used for a long period of time tend to accumulate moisture inside that can cause damage to the mower's motor.
Similar to any vehicle, the motor oil must be drained and replaced with fresh oil every three months or so. Draining the old oil from your mower is a piece of cake, just remove the plug located at the bottom and tilt the mower on its side.
When the mower had difficulty starting, try cleaning the spark plug and configure the gap or it would be better to change the spark plug with a new one. Configuring the gap should be in your mower's manual.
It's also a good idea to change the fuel filter. The material inside the filter tends to get hard after some time. If your mower sounded like its choking, its time to replace that fuel filter.
In order for you to have a great looking lawn, the blades of your mower must be sharp. A dull blade won't give you a uniformly cut lawn. It is recommended to hone your blades at least two times for every mowing period and all you have to get is a metal filer.
Finally, after every use, clean your mower of trimmings from the intake to under chassis to the exhaust. To avoid corrosion, don't use water or other liquids to clean it, and so you can enjoy longer service of your lawn mower.
When you have done all of this and that lawn mower still won't work, there must be a reliable repair shop nearby to fix whatever problem you have with your lawn mower.
